Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the App.
All Apps and their contents are the property of AVIB Acoustics, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIB Acoustics, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
